Based in the heart of Macclesfield town, our Montessori nursery is a small 45 place setting.
The Montessori Method has been time-tested for 75 years and has achieved success throughout the world with children. Our Montessori classroom is a calm and happy place with dedicated ‘work cycle’ time that allows the children endless opportunities to discover beautiful hand-crafted Montessori apparatus. Using specially designed materials children work on self-chosen tasks and learn from hands on experience, investigate and questioning.
Our qualified Montessori teachers guide and encourage each child based on their own abilities and follow each child’s individual learning style allowing them to develop at their own pace.
We encourage active learning and do not passively feed the children information but aim to facilitate a child’s independence through discovery as we believe the value of learning is in the way it is applied.
Inside and outside, the Montessori Curriculum is a liberating experience!
